Pulp Sourcing Certification
Our fabrics obtained PEFC Chain of Custody certification. PEFC Chain of Custody certification provides independent verified assurance that the certified forest-based material contained in a product originates from sustainably managed forests.
Our imported linen are Belgian Linen™ certified. It is a guarantee of quality, traceability and authenticity, which is independently managed and supervised by the Belgian Linen Association.
Our Belgian Linen™ carries the Masters of Linen® quality label. This guarantees that the linen was entirely made in Europe with a guarantee of transparent production processes and traceability. This label was introduced by (and is monitored by) the European Confederation for Flax and Hemp, or CELC.
OEKO-TEX standard 100, Annex 6, Product class I certification was awarded to all of our fabrics.
Our TENCEL™ Lyocell & 100% viscose received confirmation from the USDA that the fibre produced is made 100% from cellulose and is certified as 100% biobased. They are also produced from wood pulp from sustainably managed sources, a renewable resource.
Derived from nature, all of our TENCEL™ Lyocell fabrics have been certified by the Belgian certification company Vinçotte as biodegradable and compostable under industrial, home, soil and marine conditions, thus they can fully revert back to nature. They are all weaved in West Java, at a registered official TENCEL™ distributors.
Our Bemberg ™ Cupro fibres are manufactured in Japan and imported to Central Java. This is also certified as biodegradable under INNOVHUB.
Management System Certification
Our viscose & Bemberg ™ Cupro are ISO certified for 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Enviromental Management System, and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management System. Our cotton manufacturers has also achieved ISO: 9001: 2000 certification for Quality Management System.
STeP by OEKO-TEX® is an independent certification system for brands, retailers and manufacturers from the textile and leather industry. Certification is suitable for production facilities at all processing stages who want to communicate their environmental measures externally in a credible and transparent way.
Some of our fabrics are also made under the MADE IN GREEN by OEKO-TEX® label, providing an added layer of assurance, transparency and product confidence our customers expect. The MADE IN GREEN label verifies that an article has been tested for harmful substances and certified to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®️ It also guarantees that the fibre has been manufactured using sustainable processes under environmentally friendly and socially responsible working conditions, certified to STeP by OEKO-TEX®️ Our unique MADE IN GREEN ID when included on the hangtags of garments can be traced back to our mill where the viscose fibre was manufactured.
Our TENCEL™ Lyocell received the European Award for the Environment from the European Commission in the category “The Technology Award for Sustainable Development” thanks to Lenzing’s closed loop production process, which transforms wood pulp into TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers with high resource efficiency and low ecological impact.
