Exchange & Returns
We accept 1x size exchange, provided that:
- Your garment is still new and unworn, tags are still attached
- You inform us within 3 days after you have received the item. We can check this by inputing your shipping tracking code.
- Strictly size exchange only. You cannot exchange for another colour eventhough they are in the same style.
- The stock that you want is still available. We are unable to give you a refund if the stock that you want were unavailable by the time of your exchange request.
- You will pay for shipping fee from your address to our address. We will pay for the shipping when we send the new size back to your address.
You bought an item on January 1, 2021. You received the item on January 3rd. You tried it on, and you want a size exchange. You can contact us between January 3rd- January 6th to inform us for a size exchange (3 days after you received the item). You can do this via email, Instagram DM or Whatsapp.We process your exchange, and you will have to send back the garment to us. You have to pay for your own shipping fee from your address to our warehouse (Surabaya).We will inspect your garment (new, unworn, tags are still attached). If it meets the criteria, we will send you your new item to your address, at no extra cost. If we found that your garment has been worn or sent to us without tags, we will send you back your item. If by any chance your desired size were unavailable, we will give you a store credit worth your product's value that can be used with no minimum spend and no expiry date.
Strictly no refund. Please make sure you got all of the information needed before purchasing. You can always contact us through email, Whatsapp or Instagram DM should you need further information.
